Actually quite happy with the effect. Took one after a stressful day. Felt calm and relaxed. Slept well. Didn’t have any negative impact the next day at all when I went to work. First time purchased it at a local liquid store, but found out it is cheaper online so I bought a case. Worth to try it in my opinion
